CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at customerservice@caroneyewear.com

 

PLEASE NOTE: Any orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Your order will then fall under our Returns Policy. 

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

If you are not completely happy with your Caron Eyewear product, we promise to refund or exchange it when you return it to us within 14 days of purchase.

 

PLEASE NOTE: returned product/s must be received by us in perfect condition, unused, unmarked, free from any dents, scratches or damage of any kind, and must include the case, cleaning cloth and original packaging. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain your RA number please contact us at customerservice@caroneyewear.com

 

All returns must be accompanied by:

- Return Authorization number.

- Original sales receipt from caroneyewear.com
- Your full contact details including: name, telephone number and email address.
- Your full return address if you require an exchange.

 

On receipt of your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. Your returned product will then be fully inspected and, following approval, your refund will be processed or if you have requested an exchange a replacement will be dispatched. Any refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

WARRANTY

 

Caron Eyewear Limited gladly extends a one year warranty against manufacturing fault or defect from the date of purchase on all eyewear purchased through our website. We are happy to repair or replace, upon our inspection, any manufacturing or factory defect, provided such damage cannot be attributed to normal wear and tear. Please note that accidental damage or scratched lenses are not covered by our warranty. If you receive a product which is damaged, defective or incomplete, please inform us within 5 days of purchase so that we may arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you as soon as possible. All returns under warranty must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain your RA number please contact us at customerservice@caroneyewear.com

- An explanation of the defect and/or nature of damage.
- Your full contact details including: name, return address, telephone number and email address.


On receipt of your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. Your returned product will then be fully inspected and, following approval, your replacement will be dispatched.

SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. We also strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product and we will not accept liability for any products lost in transit. A refund or exchange can only be authorised following our receipt and approval of your original returned product.
